Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Lili account and all of your data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

Open Lili (iPhone, Android, or at app.asklili.ai) → go to Settings → tap "Delete my account & data" → confirm. This permanently removes your account, your profile, and every conversation, immediately.

Or ask us to do it

Email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we will delete your account and all associated data, then confirm back to you.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can delete any single conversation from the home screen (open the ⋯ menu on a conversation → Delete), and you can clear what Lili remembers about you in Settings → "Start fresh with Lili" — your account stays open either way. For any other specific data request, email us.

What gets deleted

Your login, profile, preferences, and complete conversation history. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. For details about what we collect and how it's handled, see our Privacy Policy.
